Screenings
Full Lipid Profile
Screening includes a fasting finger stick analysis for Total Cholesterol (TC), Low Density
Lipoprotein (LDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Triglycerides, TC/HDL Ratio, Blood Glucose, and Blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Body Fat Analysis. Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes.
(Minimum of 40 participants.)
Total Cholesterol and Glucose
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick analysis for Total Cholesterol (TC), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), TC/HDL Ratio, Blood Glucose, and Blood pressure, Body Mass Index
(BMI) and Body Fat Analysis. Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes.
(Minimum of 40 participants.)
Prostate Specific Antigen – Males Only
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick blood analysis to detect for potential prostate cancer in men age 50 and older. Dried blood sample is sent to the lab for analysis. Participants receive individual reports via mail within 2-4 weeks.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick blood analysis to detect elevated thyroid stimulating hormone, first clinical indicator of hypothyroidism or hyperactive thyroid gland.
Results are obtained in approximately 10 minutes.
(Minimum of 40 participants.)
Hemoglobin A1c
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick blood sample to measure glucose levels over a 3-month period. Recommended for diagnosed diabetic patients only. Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes.
Nicotine Screening
Screening includes a urine sample to measure cotinine levels after nicotine product use within a 34-36 hour period. Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes.

Injections/Vaccines
Adult Flu Vaccine
Onsite delivery of flu vaccine to adults 18 years and older.
(Minimum of 20 participants.)
B-12 Injection
Onsite delivery of Vitamin B12 injections.

Training
AHA and ARC CPR Class
American Heart Association:
- The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
- The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
American Red Cross:
- American Red Cross CPR classes take just a few short hours, but the skills you’ll learn during the process can make all the difference to someone in need. Whether you require certification, or you simply want to learn how to respond in the event of an emergency. Led by knowledgeable instructors, our in-person CPR courses combine lecture with hands-on skills sessions.
AHA and ARC First Aid Class
American Heart Association:
- The Heartsaver First Aid course trains participants first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.
American Red Cross:
- Knowledgeable, understanding and able to deliver information suited to a wide range of learning styles, American Red Cross first aid instructors will help ensure that you not only understand the steps for performing first aid, but that you have the confidence and skills necessary to perform them correctly.
